1. Acceptance of Terms

CampaignOps is operated by Aleksei Kunitsin, individual developer. By accessing or using CampaignOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CampaignOps is an internal web application for live Google Ads reporting, CSV export, keyword workflow review, and a bounded set of confirmed operations on one registered Google Ads test client. Production Google Ads accounts are permanently read-only. Test operations require authorization, server-side policy checks, an explicit confirmation, and durable audit. Interactions in the public demo remain local sample data and do not call Google Ads.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CampaignOps, you agree to:

• Provide accurate authentication credentials
• Use the service only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to access accounts or data not authorized to you
• Comply with Google Ads policies when viewing or exporting campaign reporting data
• Use mutation controls only for the registered test client and review the exact confirmation summary before approving an action

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising CampaignOps are the property of Aleksei Kunitsin, individual developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

CampaignOpsis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Aleksei Kunitsin, individual developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
